Update: Campus Safety phone services have been fully restored. The non-emergency line (319-335-5022), elevator phones, and phones in areas of refuge should now function normally.

Campus Safety is currently experiencing a phone service interruption to many of its phone lines, including its non-emergency line, 319-335-5022. This interruption is not currently impacting other university phone lines.

Please continue to use 911 for all emergency calls. All non-emergency calls should temporarily be directed to 319-335-1990.

This interruption is currently impacting elevator phones, area of refuge phones, and other lines that ring into Campus Safety. 911 is not impacted.

The issue has been identified and is in the process of being repaired by the telecommunications provider. An update will be provided when service has been restored.
