Iowa City Police investigate shooting
At 12:56 a.m., Saturday, July 20, 2024, Iowa City Police responded to the 100 Block of S. Dubuque Street for a report of shots fired.
Responding officers located evidence of shots fired and two people suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds.
Police have determined the people involved in the shooting are known to each other and there is no risk to the public associated with this incident, which remains under investigation. No other information is available at this time.
