Iowa City Police investigate stabbing
At 6:24 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2024, Iowa City Police were called to the Robert A. Lee Recreation Center, 220 S. Gilbert St., for a report of a fight in progress involving a knife.
Responding officers discovered an altercation had taken place involving a group of juveniles. One juvenile suffered a stab wound. The juvenile was treated at the scene and released.
The investigation is ongoing and no further information is available at this time.
