ICPD responds to reported robbery Nov. 4; no evidence of robbery found

At 11:49 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023, Iowa City Police responded to a reported armed robbery in the area of Washington and Dubuque streets. A University of Iowa Hawk Alert was issued related to the incident.

ICPD located the reporting party and upon further investigation, found no evidence of the reported crime. This incident remains under investigation.
