The wind chill warning will continue this evening through noon tomorrow. Please continue to avoid serious risks and unnecessary travel, if possible. If you must travel, dress in layers and limit time outdoors. 

Again, outdoor travel is not advised. However, if you must travel, dress in layers, cover exposed skin, and limit your time outdoors as much as possible. Frostbite is possible in 10-15 minutes.

A Wind Chill Warning means that wind chill values are expected to fall to -30F or lower within the next 24 to 48 hours. Please refrain from any unnecessary outdoor activities and wear protective clothing if you must venture outdoors. You can get frostbite in as little as 10-15 minutes on unprotected skin.
